Mission
To establish, maintain, and conduct a practical helping ministry to the needy in Langley.
To facilitate the effective preaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ to the poor through the good works of its volunteers.
Our Part
Ascension places empty food baskets at the front of the church the first Sunday each month. We invite parishers to place their food donations in the baskets. Ideal contributions include:
- Pasta & Pasta Sauce
- Cereal
- Snacks
- Spreads (Jam & Peanut Butter)
- Canned Meats and Fish
- Canned Fruits and Vegetables
- Canned Soup
- Rice
- Baby Food & Snacks
- Diapers
- Baby Wipes
