Dear friends in Christ, As we draw near to the most sacred days of the Christian year, I warmly invite you to journey with us through Holy Week—a time to walk with our Lord through his suffering, death, and glorious resurrection. Maundy Thursday – 7:00 PM We will remember the institution of the Lord’s Supper and, for those who wish, there will be an opportunity to participate in the traditional foot-washing—a humble and powerful reminder of Christ’s servant love. The service concludes with the stripping of the altar. Just as Jesus was abandoned by his disciples and stripped of his garments before his crucifixion, the altar—representing Christ—is stripped bare. It reflects the loneliness, humiliation, and suffering that Jesus endured in the Garden of Gethsemane and on the way to the cross. Good Friday – 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Easter Sunday – 10:00 AM Come walk with us. Come and see. Come and believe. Fr Ken |
