Dear friends in Christ, Alleluia! Christ is Risen! The disciples of Jesus had seen everything they hoped for nailed to a cross and buried in a tomb. Fearful, ashamed, confused—they locked themselves away, unsure what would come next. But then, the risen Jesus appeared. No knock. No judgment. Just these words: “Peace be with you.” This Sunday, we’ll hear how Christ comes through locked doors—of fear, of doubt, of failure—and brings peace: a peace given, a peace proven, and a peace passed on. If you’re longing for real peace in your life, come and listen. There’s good news: Jesus is alive, and He’s still showing up in the most unexpected places. Fr Ken |
